Make your own Herbal Tea!

We have the goods in stock!

Choose from a variety of mints - peppermint, spearmint, apple mint - lemongrass and chamomile.

teaUnlike caffeinated black, green, or oolong teas, herbal teas don’t darken as they become stronger; they usually remain light green or amber.

Infuse fresh or dried leaves and/or flowers for a refreshing, healing, warm and aromatic tea.  On hot summer days, add to a tall glass of crushed ice and enjoy.

For each cup of tea, place 3 teaspoons crushed fresh herbs or 1 teaspoon dried herbs into a tall glass or infuser if using a teapot.  Pour water into a kettle, bring to a boil, then pour the boiling water into either the glass and cover with a small dish, let steep and then strain. OR if using a teapot, pour boiling water into a warmed teapot, over infuser, then steep until the tea is the strength you desire. Pour into individual cups and enjoy.

Are you Ready to Plant your Garden?

The weather is breaking and temperatures are rising.  Not for another six or seven months will we experience cold blustering winds and mounds of snow.  The excitement of planning my garden is finally here.

My organic and heirloom vegetable and herb seeds (Botanical Interests), were started indoors back in February and they're ready to head outdoors as soon as our overnight temperatures stay above 50 degrees.  It'll be a welcome treat to once again dig into the warm soil and watch and reap the rewards of growing some of my own food.
So, we're sharing our excitement of planting your own garden by offering a 10% OFF discount on our line of Botanical Interests high quality seeds.  Stop in and choose from vegetable, herb and flower seeds.  Even if you're not a gardener, these make a great gift for anyone who loves to garden.
